Windows top down scrolling shmup

Im looking for an early 2000s space game, it was for windows I'm sure. It was top down and scrolled forward, you had your space ship and could switch between ten weapons. You could also buy repair, shield, and gun drones to sit behind your ship which you could buy more upgrades ship versions of and upgrade your guns. There were ten world's and each world had ten levels. At the end of a world you'd fight a boss that would unlock a new space weapon for your ship. And after killing that boss you'd unlock a piece of a super weapon, once you had all ten pieces you'd use the weapon against the big bad guy, I remember the weapon using your money as ammo and shot green balls that shot out lightning like lasers out it's sides.
