As i mentioned, its 2D game, that can look bit like Prehistorik . But u play as some "bad" guy. I remember him as a burglar. He could throw a bricks on snakes. These snakes was smthing like enemies. From screeshot u can see some beer bar. That was probably health. You could break shops on the way, and steal beers, if i can remember correctly. Game play was mainly wasd, space and probably Enter for throw brick.

edit: I remember playing it after 2000 with similar games like Prehistoric or Dangerous dave 2.
