This was played on a Mid range pc before 2007.
It was a Top Down view similar to 3rd Person.
Your Character was a Robot which you used to press Spacebar alot to Spin it as fast as possible to attack the A.I Bot.
There was side missions aswell to get more Cash in game to upgrade your Battle Spinning Top. Lots of Neon Colours and such aswell.
