Escaping an office building? [XLM's Dr. Harrison]

This was a game sometime from the mid/late 1990s, I think it was part of a compilation CD. You played as a 3D character, the intro had something about you being an office worker on the top floor of a building. You had to make your way to the stairs/lift at each level that would take you down to the next floor. There were coloured locks which needed gems or crystals to open. I think on later levels there were robot guards who you had to avoid. The thing I remember most clearly is that when the character got hurt he'd make a noise like 'Fore', and if you ran out of health there'd be a scream. If I recall correctly it was a birds-eye view and your character in the game had no facial features. Any help would be great!
