Original Xbox fantasy action adventure game 2000s

Hey guys, there's this original Xbox game I played where there were three main characters (a warrior man, an elf lady, and a wizard man) and you could cycle between the three. I think they start at a castle or a town and then in the next couple levels end up in like a hell type place with demons. That's all I remember of it
