Below is what I can remember from this game;
I played in PC
Pre 2007
Main characters name was a callsign like raptor or viper
introduction explained that the general flew with the main characters father (who had the same callsign)
missions were set in Middle East
fairly certain the missions didnt involve taking off or landing
there was a mission to take out a VIP in a Passenger plane with escort planes protecting
have to take out SAMs along the way
could call on AWACS for information
AWACS had a female voice
missions might of had different planes to fly in
