Played this game sometime around 2010 on my old iPod touch.
- mission based action/shooter in a starfighter(not starwars)
- Had a comicbook style opening
The game had a story connecting all of the missions. You played as a pilot in an interstellar war (not earth?). You are fighting for the losing side. There were two wingman, a guy and a girl. The enemy pilots were genetically modified? Cloned? To be far more skilled than any of the pilots on the player characters side. The player character is the only one who can face off with them and win. The big twist is that the player character is actually one of them but was raised by the losing side. It ends with a massive space battle (last stand kinda thing) where you have to stop a planet destroying battleship (not deathstar). I think it may have had a bit of a cliff hanger ending?
