Can not find the name of this game i used to play

The game was an anime style turn based game, at the start you play as this elf girl with like a leaf outfit and you go through it running into people who you would fight and then start this strategy mini-game where you would have rows of characters that would protect you from taking damage, and the goal was to sort of hit the right spots to make sure you damage the enemy while making sure you place your guys in the right spots to protect you. this is all i can remember from the game.
