The game came from old a CD from a Gaming Magazine(can't remember the name) that came out monthly. At least 12 years old but since I played it somewhere between 2004-2008.Played on Windows.
A 2D platformer where you're a girl. Really small character size compared to the screen.(like 1/20th of the screen size) You're on a mission to save the world by turning off the machine that turns the world gray. Once you do it the color returns to the world. Map is constructed of rooms(zones) that are connected in the Metroidvania style which means they are all connected but you cant get to all of them until you collect certain items. I don't remember the items the only one i do is an umbrella that lets you float(when you do you can see the umbrella above her head).
Unsure information(since it was long ago).
I think you just dodged creeps and there was no way of killing them
Also for the collectibles I think there were keys ,four of them.
The characters coloring was dominantly black and white.
I remember the character being super fast but I'm unsure if it was duo to an item.
Starting area was orangey with black ground and it had 2/3 mini house like things.
Levels/Zones(in no order):
Underground(where the machine was)
Water with some pipes
Springlike green area
Windy with snow(umbrella was needed here)
