Pirates 1994-2000 PC [RedJack: The Revenge of the Brethren]

I'm looking for a game about Pirates (PC) . I played Demo around 1994-2000.
The game begins in prison. The prison is guarded by a guard. My first task is to escape from prison. I use a spoon on the prison wall. I'm getting a stone. I'm throwing him in the guard. The guard has a funny voice for me. A woman appears in the window. It gives (if I remember correctly) a bottle of wine. We give it to the guard and he falls asleep. We get the key. When we run away, we have a choice, free a second prisoner or not. Regardless of the choice, we are still running alone. We've got a sword and a gun. The arcade stage even keeps level.

Getting back to the point, I think it was a Point & Click game - FPP (first-person perspective).
