Looking for Yahtzee-style DOS game with "beepy" in

Yes, there were a thousand Yahtzee clones, but I'm looking for just one which starts up with a very cheerful beep melody which I would like to, um, hear again.

The really annoying part? I'm not sure but I don't think the file is named YAHTZEE.??? (it's really similar though ) ...so I can't find it on my disk.

Apart from the cheerful (but otherwise monotonic) music, I clearly remember that it started up with a bunch of cards in a triangle formation on the intro screen (where the intro music played). And I think it was EGA.

I really need to sort my disks out I have absolutely no idea what directory(s) have the data from the computer this game was from... otherwise I'd be able to find it instantly lol
