PC, early 2000s puzzle game

Looking for the name of a game i played on pc in the early 2000s. It was a puzzle type game where you had to unlock colored doors with the same colored keys by navigating the keys around the level. It had balloons that could move keys up and blocks that had to be moved out of the way. Some of the blocks could only be moved in specific directions. It also used the "toasty" sound effect from mortal kombat, and i believe it may have also used the "finish him" sound effect. I'm pretty sure it was included on a shareware disc full of other games.
