Glay & Aya Matsuura

Post by wardrich »

omg, Glay HAS to be one of (if not the) best J-Rock group in existance!!! One of my absolute fav. Glay songs is Yuuwaku.

Aya Matsuura is a J-pop singer. I've not heard any of her music, but man is she hot!! (or at least she used to be) Just do a google image search for her...

I can't get into Glay cuz they're just too slow and soft for my taste. I go for the heavier and faster stuff like Takui, Dir En Grey, Schwartz Stein (bastards broke up), Pierrot, L'Arc En Ciel, Gackt, Malice Mizer (ol' skool), and from time to time I listen to Every Little Thing.

If I'm feeling different I go for The Pillows and Cibu Matto.

I'm from New York...Poughkeepsie, NY during summer...and Buffalo during fall through spring (which is indeed somewhat close to canada).

Yeah I know they're going to be performing at Otakon...I won't be able to make it this year cuz I gotta work and save up to go to Japan after graduating this coming school year. :(

EDIT: Also I don't think I'll be going to otakon ever again...I hate being surrounded by too many high school fanpunks who take Japan the wrong way...not gonna lecture...however from this point on I think I'm going to give Anime Expo a try starting sometime in the future...they have a larger variety of good looking girls unlike Otakon and it's located in cali.

Is HKT still open over their? I haven't been to one ever since the one in the Galleria in Middletown closed and could use some more Japanese stuff.

It's a stupid anime store, run by a stupid cantonese family, that charges their merchandise way above what they would normally be worth. You're better off going to the city.

So yeah my brother comes home from Otakon and tells me that L'Arc was awesome...they were saying random anime shit just to get the otakus all excited which wasn't that hard cuz just about all of them have the intelligence of a macadamian nut. My bro even called me up during work and tried to get me to make out the songs at the concert via cellphone...which didn't work out but oh well it's the thought that counts.

lol. My friend was saying he learned the Ken Shake, and had a bit of a conversation with Ken (from L'arc). He said he was so close, Hyde splashed water on the audience and got him... lol. He's a bit obsessed, but what can ya do?
