The Cynical Brit, a well-known video game YouTube critic, relays the details of a recent incident in this video:

Basically a game development company used the "copyright protection" legislation to take down a video review that harshly criticized their game, and got away with it (for now at least).
[Edit] After the general public on the Internet was outraged by this event, Wild Games Studio was pressured to restore the original review:

Now that the freedom of speech successfully defended itself, I think it's safe to remove the [IMPORTANT] tag.

On the other hand, I can understand Wild Games Studio, they protect their product by any *legal* means. Not that I agree with their methods, far from even.
If it's a 100% correct way, is another question.......
Hmm you tagged it [important] , good you removed it, otherwise I probably had removed it myself.
Me thinks that something as this

is really [important], not a legal fight about a game, even if it's about freedom of speech, just saying.

Dosraider: TB had full permission from the company. There was grounds for them to have the video pulled.
Another really important thing to remember is that YouTube does the whole 3 strikes and your out. If this guy gets 3 copyright claims, his videos and account are deleted - this is bad news if these reviews are a major source of your income.
