How about 'The Incredible Machine'? This has many puzzles, timing, explosions and an editor to make your own maps. Macintosh was one of the platforms it was made for, though I played it on DOS. (One of the few puzzle games I liked, actually)

I guess you need to mount the CD image as a drive in Dosbox; probably D: would be best, sometimes old games assume C: and D: are the harddrives and CD respectively.

Main and setup...umm, are you using plain DosBox or a GUI wrapper?

I recall watching Zaxxon playing itself was fun for awhile, but I can't say I looked for these things, so I can't fill a top ten list. Maybe I'll add some more if I remember them.
