It was initially payware, but seems to have been set free by the devs after some time, not sure the download links work, but it's small files. Correction: Speedy by WSP-Software. HomeBrew Software was the North American (?) distributor, but WSP-Software was the developer, they were from Germany.

maliya1, if you mean this game, MobyGames suggests it came out in 2015. However, the original request was made in 2010, so it can't be that game.

Also note that the original poster confirmed that the game they were looking for it The Scoop, which came out in 1987.

The description reminds me of Die by the Sword, but some details seem not to match. IIRC, the main character wears chain mail armour and I don't remember any wheel in the intro.

I dont remember more than this. Sure you do, for example you must remember if you controlled one character or a group, and whether you could see through the eyes of your character or from the third person, and other details like this.
