The reason I said lesser is I've seen every episode, not so exciting to me any more.

I watch Lost, Prison Break and Alias mainly.

I watch other, lesser series (Family guy, futurama, simpsons, am trying to get into Surface, but it's pretty hard to be excited about), but I never miss an episode of those top shows .

Don't know much about playstations, but I don't think they can support keyboards and mice. If that's the case, there isn't a chance this would work.

There's also a few good ports of Doom around: ones that alllow really easy to use multiplayer games.

There are a lot of levels in that game. The first few are exactly like you describe.

It's supposed to be faster (and it definitely is), but most of the time just bombs out your whole network. I use Edonkey2000. I think you can only do it in the between level corridors. From memory (haven't played the game for 10 years), press esc and it shows a menu, then select save game.

Sounds sort of like one of those old waterpipe games.

I remember a few soleau strategy games had themes like that. Rescue Rover had heaps of levels where the goal was to send a laser somewhere.
