Looks like it's some kind of spin-off promotional/advergame.

The gameplay description appears similar to Nebulus/Tower Toppler. MobyGames does not seem to have a group for clones or remakes of that game.

I can only suggest you Google for rock/mountain climbing at MobyGames, because there does not seem to be a game group for that genre.

Are you absolutely certain that there is no readme file included on the CD so you could learn the title? Does the game not show the title when it starts up? (is the CD still readable, that is?)

If you're looking for a MechWarrior kind of game with FMVs, try MetalTech: Earthsiege or Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri.

If your game was more like Metal Gear Solid, I'm afraid nothing comes to mind for now.

I noticed that the default FreeDOS mouse driver configuration is a bit too fast in 320x200 screen modes, so I played around a bit and for now have set it up with a horizontal and vertical resolution of 2.
