I've never seen it in Japanese, I saw a couple of episodes in English on TV, couldn't stand it, don't think I'll bother finding out if the subbed version is any better, the main character is just a douche bag.

Dubs are for the most part, incredibly annoying. There are a few exceptions where I don't mind them.
