Ditch the mods and go back to Vanilla. A lot of the features may even be built in by now. We can figure out the mods as we go

I literally had to check the date of the post and my calendar like 5 times to make sure I wasn't reading a post raised by a spam post or something.

Same here, broken thumbnail images. Even copying the link and visiting it directly is broken. Maybe Google User Content links are only visible to the content owner? That's what I'm wondering, but I believe his original thumbnails were hosted the same way. Maybe they made a change that was not retro...

Are the thumbnail images broken for anybody else?

10 more spam today, likely from same source as before. On another forum we had to vet new registered users before letting them post in public; there was some 40-50 spammers each day, looking valid on the surface, but the profiles were faked, stolen from hacked user databases & the post content ...

Updated ban list to include RWOLF's last 3 posts' worth spammers.

I caught that 8-bit Guy video the other day. It blew my mind to see just what CGA was capable of with the right hardware.

That's my problem as well... been too long since I've been in that scene. I may end up just turning to eBay.

Been noticing a lot of "Fifa Coin" spam happening in here. They all link to the same site, so I've added that site's name to our list of spam words. Hopefully this puts a bit of a damper on the latest wave of spambots.
