Triple Bufferring

According to my experience:

Triple buffer just means using a third screen as the original artwork screen.

Once you buffer you drawings to 5000H and move it to the viewing screen,

Then you use the third buffer and wipe 5000H clean.

This gives it the original canvas to draw again on.

If you notice the special effects are slower.

However it doesn't really matter since I'm bufferring first.

I could take forever because the pre-bufferring eliminates the flicker.

The routine has been tested and working.

Initially in the previous application the routine flickers the tank.

In this one it is adjusted in a subtle manner to minimize the flickering.

The spinning helicopter-like is possible to adjust so no flickering.
