It still doesn't seem to me like there would be enough of a difference between the demo and full versions to cause a compatibility error. :/

Well, it shouldn't be a compatibility error, I tried to install the full version on the exact machine that ran the demo perfectly. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be compatible while the demo was. I'll try your suggestion of nuking it from sp... no wait, that wasn't it, it was to clean t he registry. T...

Operation: Inner Space can't start

Is there any reason you need to have the monitor's refresh rate at 75 Hz?

My thinking on this is that, if there isn't any reason to switch the refresh rate back to 75 Hz, then just leave it at 60 Hz.

Or, you could always look for Scorched3d in google, 'tis a free download, with no messing around in dosbox. :cuccoan: But, there is something nice to be said about sticking with the old classics. I play the old console games occasionally, so I'm sure that there are people who prefer their old DOS ga...

Yeah, you are facing way too many performance issues running a new OS on an old comp with outdated hardware. If you have the knowhow, you could install a more powerful mobo, but that is not something I'd do myself, because you can screw over your entire computer in no time flat. In closing, your opt...

It's not likely that old game/demo discs distributed by various companies for their promotions will be easy to find long after the promotions are complete. Your best bet is probably to search HotU or other sites (look for ...

Is it Prince of Persia? That seems familiar, but I don't know as much about the DOS classics as the regulars here do.
