3d moon game

I think it was meant to be played on 133mhz or higher pentiums but it ran (barely) on p90. Drove around in a little space tank thing and could jump and shoot, and you had your own base to defend and robots or something that you had to go after and take off. Anybody remember this? I think it was based on the highlights for kids magazine, possibly sold at book fairs in schools.
