Post subject: Looking for old WWII flight sim dos game |
| I'm looking for this old dos WWII flight sim game I used to play. you could be any side, fly any plane, even fly the bombers and switch to the turrets. You could take over the german research plants and eventually produce their jets. It was great game play. You would play a campaign and the outcome of your missions would effect the industry and research output of the opposing side. This was the best WWII flight sim I ever played minus the graphics. No idea what it was called. it's been a long time since I've had that game. If this rings a bell with anyone please respond. TY much ^^ |

| One thing that stands out in this game that I can remember is the German Me-163 jet was equipped with rockets that fired upward. They were for killing bombers. They way they worked was you would fly under the bomber, a light sensor would arm and fire the rockets when you would fly through the shadow of the bomber. |

| Now I think we might be talking about the same game here. Did it require the use of a physical code ring to start the game? Did the bullets look like single pixels of orange and yellow? If so, BUMP THIS THREAD |
