I can unzip and mount a directory easily enough, but whenever I view the Directory for the mounted C:\, it shows files that don't really exist. Note the differences in the screenshots:

2 huge pics deleted, please use thumbnails as the one I posted above. Or only post what's important, not your whole desktop.

Which is strange, since it worked the first time I ran DOSBox, but now those fake files keep showing up... How do I fix this?

In the DOSBox screenshot, you're not listing the files in the directory mounted as C: ... you're listing the files in "Z:", the default DOSBox virtual drive. You need to change to your mounted C: drive to see/run the files, ie:

mount c: c:\warcraft1
c:
dir

Congratulatory

Oh... Thanks, I didn't realize that.

Such a ridiculous mistake...

Of course, now I'm getting this:

MOVED TO GGTW.

Begin with shutting down all that is running on the background and isn't neccesary, I saw in the pic I deleted, several browser windows, active desktop going berserk, MSN windows and more crap running.
CLEAN UP YOUR PC.
When you run dosbox with a demanding game that's the only thing that should be running.

Please use thumbnails as the one I posted above. Or only post what's important, not your whole desktop.
If you really have no idea how to post thumbnails simply put the pic-link in your post.

*Edit
To take a screenie from the dosbox window hit CTRL+F5 in dosbox.
Will be saved in program files\dosbox-x.xx\capture\ as *.png.

*Editē
That's what I meant:
Thumbnail for large pic (clickable for full pic):

Pic direct (if small one):

Or you can post the link:

As you see WC1 runs perfect in dosbox-0.72.(Default setup)
Could be that your copy (it's a cracked one as I saw) is corrupted.
