I used to play a game about 20 years ago (I can't even tell if it was on DOS).
You had a car (yellow beetle?) which you had to guide through a maze. There are platforms that can move until they hit an obstacle. You had to guide the car to a given target cell.

The view was from the top. I'm not sure about the background, it could have been land and water as well, instead of space.
