I'm using DOSBox, and when I try to mount it to C: and type in crusader, it says that I need at least 15 MB disk space. I have a lot of disk space on my C: drive, at least 700MB, so I don't know what to do about this. Please help, this was my favourite game when I was younger and I really want to be able to play it again.

This thread should help. Just use DOSBox 0.73.

thank you, crusader now works. The only thing is, it runs very slowly and the picture and sound jitter a lot. Is there any way of fixing this?

Your hardware? (system specs)
OS?
Dosbox version?
CPU cycles?
Original game? CD? Image?
Game config?
Did you alter something in the dosbox config?
..... etcetera etcetera ....

AKA: details.

Create a CD image and use imgmount to mount it in dosbox.

Open dosbox conf (is in the dosbox start menu items->"configuration") and check under header
[CPU]
core=auto
cputype=auto
cycles=max

Close the programs that are running on the background. (Dosbox is pretty heavy)

The game should run fine on your hardware specs.
(It's not a laptop, isn't it?)

It IS in fact a laptop. But after changing the cycles to max, and killing most of my useless processes, the game ran perfectly. Thanks for your help!

You're welcome, enjoy the game.
Happy

BTW, If you like the game, don't forget to give the successor: 'No Regret' a try run....
