Impact is an EGA Arkanoid clone. There are not many improvements made over the classic Arkanoid formula. One change is that instead of dropping powerups, the blocks drop coin-like items, that can be saved up to buy increasingly better powerups. (If you've played the Gradius or Life Force shooting games, it's a similar system.) Overall a pretty generic ball & paddle game. (This does not seem to work in DOSBox.)
